Brett worked as a museum preparator between undergraduate and graduate schools, and then began working for the studio of one of the world's most well-known living artists, assembling finished artwork and designing installation protocols. He traveled internationally to oversee installation teams in private residences as well as museums including the Centre Pompidou, the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, the Ashmolean Museum, and the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, to name a few.
Brett has a great deal of experience with rigging practices for lifting heavy and delicate objects, regularly utilizing machinery like fork lifts and gantry cranes. He routinely performs minor conservation work and is often subcontracted by one of the world's largest art handling companies to oversee special installation and crating projects across Southern Florida, notably in the Miami and Palm Beach areas.

Brett's experience assembling and installing blue-chip artwork, as described above, dovetails into another service: assembly and installation of a wide variety of furnishings, antiques, and any bulky and/or fragile objects. He has worked with his father in the office furniture industry, and has extensive experience with Herman Miller products. Brett's also able to collaborate with designers to help bring interiors together. However, he handles all objects with the same meticulousness, treating a weathered family heirloom or new flat screen television with the same care as a museum acquisition.
